I sometimes tend to go a little bonkers with pp. A little of this, dash of that, crank this up a bit, back up a couple, apply this filter twice, yada, yada. (Hey, it keeps me out of trouble and off the streets.)

I don't, by any stretch, consider myself a computer artist..

All of these started out as photos...1)Rainy, sleety, bouncy driving. 2)Tinfoil reflection. 3)In cam motion blur Xmas tree lights, multi-mirrored and displacement mapped. 4)The double polar coordinates with the pic flip. 4)This was a bad pic of trees in snow that I set out to discover how long it would take to completely destroy. I gave up after about an hour of throwing everything at it.

Think it is great to play like this thought i was the only mad one !!!! but now maybe not:cool: Love the 2nd and 4th one's the best :)

Those are so fun and clever! I love the surreal look in all of them.....especially the 3rd one
because it reminds me of autumn with those colors....."Digital Foliage".....although
I like the title you chose for it. I would also like to nominate it for POTM 2010 Special Effects!

Hi Pat, if we don’t go bonkers now and then we go sane, and that’s no good.
I like what you have done with these and in particular the 3rd image,
I would make good use of something like this in my 3d work, probably showing it
as a piece of wall art on a large main living room wall in a very modern style house / apartment.
