Perhaps a sill question..... but...

Can someone explain to me what is meant in adverts for cameras.. "BODY ONLY"???? does it mean no accessories with it? (or do you get just the outside shell with no internal working parts.. hahahahahaa :p)

Correct. Body only means the body without any lenses. Most of the time it will come with software, neck strap ect. The internal guts are all in tact :) you will need to buy lenses separate or use your own if you can.

I thought this strange too when I decided to take this hobby a step further but soon came to realise that whilst the innards of DSLR's are improved every few years the lenses are pretty standard and, with due care, will outlast the "body" of the camera. Hence when you want to upgrade your camera to the latest model (presuming you want the same make) then you don't necessarily have to buy all the lenses again.
