Hi Sandra, that looks excellent.
Did assignment 3 (the shutter speed part) myself yesterday, and have to admit, I thoroughly enjoyed the first part of the excersie, and the result of it.
Haven't started the "Panning" yet  finding time is the hard part I guess.
Have to admit, that it being my first time using a Tripod, it made me feel pretty daft, although my wife said "I looked very professional" ... I guess I should go with the daft :)

I am really looking forward to it, hope my camera, wife and dogs do as well :D

I have been away for awhile no I just used the manual settings F16 and then 1/320 I think
tried cars the other day
now for panning I think tht is so much harder then stop action but getting there
I am ready to move on but I neeed more practice so being patient

One piece of advice I was taught a long time ago about panning.

It's a natural reaction to either stop panning or to slow down the panning at the moment you press the shutter - this can lead to some blurring. You must keep panning right through the shot

The weather really sux here in the UK so I could only do some shots today although I went through the lessons a week ago. Here you go my shots... the hubby-to-be and the baby were kind enough to assist :p
