Looks like you got a bit of lens flare in there. A lens hood may prevent that. Got one?

I have a cover that attaches to the lens, but it was not on the lens at the particualar time I took this pic.

It looks like it may have had a nice silhouette potential but its neither that, nor a clear picture, its sort of wishy washy?? Ha Ha at my real "technical" photography terms!!

How do you think the picture could have been improved? Different angle perhaps or something else?
