Hey all,

Been a while...since I have been doing anything with the camera lately. But an unfortunate event happened this week. We had to bury a really close friend's dad this week. I got permission (as usual) and managed to fire a couple off. Wanted to share these 2 shots with you all to see if I actually learned anything in PP? First let me tell you how honored I was to take these. The man that passed was an older gentleman who rode a "Harley Davidson" untill his health took a turn for the worse.
It was so cool to see these bikes and the people who rode them come to pay their last respect for him.

Anyways as usual I expect ones opinions on my work... I was trying for leading lines. I posted 2 of these. one I tightly cropped to the left and one I left alone w/people in the shot.
Which works? Or did I not deliver what I intended? Be honest I can take it!

Thanks,
Matt

Matt I really like the first one
as far as leaing lines go
don't know
I thought and I am on that lesson now
so take that in consideration that the line was suppose to lead your eye to the main part of the picture.

I still think the pictures are really good and I am sure family will be glad you did this
if I am wrong about leading linestell me it will make doing leading line pics easier.
take care and sorry for your loss.

Matt, nice shots. For me, shot one is the better of the two.
No. 2 seems to have wasted foreground area which does nothing for the shot.

I'm sorry for your loss, Matt. With regards to the shots, I think the first one does a better job at displaying the leading lines.
