Abstract.... with bubbles ?

I'm probably way off, but are you shooting through a glass of something bubbly
into the light of an open fridge? Whatever it is....very pretty colors!!

Thanks Sandy, yes I did shoot thru something made of glass.
The substance in the glass was not a bubbly substance eg soda.
No open fridge involved here.

Interesting shot, Kaye. Are you shooting through a window pane with some kind of filter? You're going to have to tell us as my initial thoughts were similar to Sandy's. So after reading her comments, I spent some time thinking about it and now it's going to bug me.:)

No, not through a window and no filter.
Just one clue.... I rotated the shot to Landscape. It's real direction is portrait.

Hi Craig, Sandy & Eddie,

Thank you all for having a go at this. When I took the shot and saw it on screen, it did look a bit abstract, so thought I'd ask the question.

CRAIG, YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. I had an Orange Clivea from my garden in an orange vase. I guess the bubbles were formed from the plant stem giving off oxygen... but I am no scientist :D I just had to take a shot.

Quite some time ago, there was a thread in Weekly Photoshots titled "What is this" or something similar. I thought it was good.

Rather than Weekly Photoshots, perhaps I should start a new thread in FUN & GAMES called: "WHAT IS IT".
I could post this shot of mine, and announce the winner as Craig. Then it will be Craig's turn to put in a shot for members to guess what it is....????
