I'm looking for a digital camera that is inexpensive, takes quality photographs and is easy to operate. Anyone know of any?I'd also like the camera to be easy to cary.

Many of the Kodak Easy Share cameras seem to always be on sale for around $100 or less. You might want to look at some Fuji and Canon cameras too. I'd stay away from the Polaroid ones though. You could also look through Steve's Digicam site and read some reviews there.http://www.steves-digicams.com/

I picked up a Kodak Z612 on eBay for $115. It's a great little camera and I plan on take the course offered here in the VERY near future.

The best advice I could give you is this: If you are looking for a little, extremely convenient, fast to turn on to capture those special moments, go for the Canon SD750. It sells for a little over $200 but it delivers. I have a Canon XT and I carry the SD750 on me all the time... Do read ALL THE TIME!
