Yes I know what you mean. But I always have tons of stuff to do, but I can do that later. My daughter only sleeps around 3 1/2 hours a night, and has never slept longer than that. The pediatrician has done everything and cannot find anything wrong. So I have lots of time on my hands....I have to stay up all night long.

Poor you, I would be beside myself with sleep deprivation. I really struggled with the first few months of my son being born. Luckily he fell in to a good sleeping pattern where he sleeps all night. We have a second on the way in May and I am dreading the lack of sleep!!! I'm doomed!!

How do you cope Sue. I'd be falling asleep all the time.

Sue, how old is your little one? That was the hardest part with my son at first. However, after the first month he started sleeping all night and I would have to go in and wake him up. I was lucky about that because I get cranky without my sleep. Now if only I could get my neighbor to stop playing her radio blaring loud at 7 in the morning I would be okay.

She is five. We have tried everything!! Giving nap,not giving nap, cutting out sugar, cutting out the red Dye (doctor said) etc etc. And to answer Andys question.....I have aged about 5 years for every year she has been alive. No kidding. I am used to staying up all of the time though. That is why I am on here all of the time late at night. I have to stay up, so she watches one of her educational shows, colors, and does something else, and I have to do something to stay awake! We have tried EVERYTHING. I had a traumatic birth with her and she had some damage to her neck. (muscles) it would be from that ...why she cant sleep very long.

That much snow was on the N. Shore - here in Mpls. we've had close to 17" for December alone. That's the most snow we've had in December for probably the last 10 or so years. Very unusual and they so there's no such thing as global warming????????????

I was going to go out today and take some pics but did not feel up to it at all. Oh well, better off sitting in a nice warm house.
