This is Madison and Felix. Madison is a fairly large oscar (weighs in at about 3 pounds) and Felix is a Jack Dempsey. The gold color fish is "Greenie" -- A Green Terror. All captures are from the Canon A712 set to "Aquarium" (what else? heh), no tripod.

Nice Gary,
I'll have to take some photos of my fish later, I only have Goldfish and two whitecloud and I don't have an aquarium setting on my camera but I'll give it a go and see what the results are like.

Your fish look great, I love watching my fish, very relaxing.

Thanks, Andy. I was just playing with the new Canon. It's capable of much better and it's getting to where I don't like going in to an automatic setting. My OTHER Canon (the S5) should be here today and I'm curious as to how it will stack up against my UZI. If the reviews I've read are any indication, it should be pretty darned good!

Madison (the oscar) would like to have your white cloud over for dinner sometime. heheheh I like white clouds in schools. The more the merrier. They get real busy and it's a wonder they don't run into one another but they all seem to change direction at the same time. Giant danios do that. I had quite a few in this tank as dither fish (10-12, I think). Funny, Madison got bigger as the number of danios got smaller. Hmmmmmmmmmm.... coincidence? I think not.

Yeh, I thought the goldfish were going to have them for dinner, but after the first few weeks they ignored them. Funny as I had a pleck before and I just found the skeleton one day!

I was going to have more whitecloud but with the tank being small I didnt want to put too many in.

A lot depends on the filtration. I tend to go for overkill. I have a 40 gallon tank with a canister filter that rated for a 200 gallon tank... heheheh... In theory, I can't add too many fish to this tank. :D In theory.

I thought my Goldfish were well past there living date and I kept saying when they die, I will turn it into a tropical tank, they just refuse to die though. LOL. They just keep going and going.
