We spent our day traveling. Drove the 375 miles back home. Aaaaaaahhhh... home, sweet, home!

Mercifully, Andy, no snow. I don't mind it when all I have to do is look at it from inside a nice, warm house. But, eventually, there comes a time when I have to actually go OUT in it and drive in it and shovel it. That's when I loathe it. Gimme 80 degrees and sunny!!

I managed to catch the cold that is sweeping through our area, everyone seems to have it. So The warmer I can get at the moment, the better.

I forgot to mention, Andy, that one of the more pleasant things that happened on Christmas was a phone call from our friends in Rickmansworth. I have VOIP and I forwarded our calls to my sister-in-law's phone so, when they called our house it rang through on my sister-in-law's phone.

We had quite a royal chin-wag. Over an hour! They are going to come spend a bit of a holiday with us in summer of 2009 (not too far off). I *think* I have my wife persuaded into reciprocating in 2010. She hates flying but, flying over the pond goes beyond hatred heheheheh It's a wonder we got there and back the first time! :D
