I just picked up one of these on the recommendation of a pro friend. He says it works great.

Looks interesting Gary and not too expensive either. Let me know how you go on with it. I may be interested in one of those myself if the range is as good as they say it is.

I should have it in about 1 1/2 weeks, Andy. They ship directly from Kowloon. I've ordered stuff from them before. Not too shabby! It's always as advertised.

Got it today. Works GREAT from about 20-25 feet in any direction so, it should be just the ticket for the warmer weather. I can put the camera & tripod OUTSIDE the window shoot from inside! Just have to figure out a way to keep the camera from auto-shutoff.

Pictures taken with the remote. I assume you'll be setting the camera up outside in about 10 minutes and using the remote within 5 minutes of that.

No time today, Debbie. I've got 500+ slides I *GOTTA* get moving on and the honey-do list for the weekend awaits. Temperatures this weekend are going to be insane and I don't want to risk damage to the camera. BUT, warmer weather is right around the corner! Geeeez... I can't wait!

High's in the upper teens without the wind chill. I'm just going to work on the slide conversion and drink espresso. heh
