i really like the picture
the top of the tree trunk addsinterest and the bird is so very clear
what were your settings

Thanks Sandra, this is indeed a Robin Red Breast, one made famous by Beatrix Potter.
The settings for this were:
Nikon D5000
70/300 F4.5 5.6
Iso 640
1/100th
f5.6 @ 300mm (450 cropped sensor)
subject at 6.3mtrs.

Love the robin!! Our robins are not as colorful as yours, plus I think ours are larger, too! Good shot!
