Seagulls

I noticed Kaye and Andy's lovely bird photos on here and thought i would put up these seagull pics for comment (not in the same league as Kaye and Andy I'm sure, these were taken a couple of years ago, on auto settings with a Fuji Finepix). All comments welcomed. Thanks for looking. Ciara

What a great capture Ciara with the gull on top of this sign! He wants all the fish to himself :D
Really nice shot, although the focus is more on the sign than the seagull, but you would already know this.

As usual having problems uploading, here are some others.
Yes Kaye, it was a zoom shot and heavily cropped too so not the quality i would get with my new 500D but I love the irony of it! Also light wasn't optional, very overcast but bright aussie day (and out on the water - this was the same day as the boat pic you liked)

Love this "action" shot with the gulls but was never sure if I shold crop it....

Ciara, love 1 & 3 here, but 1 is my favourite. Beautiful sharpness on the eye.

Not sure why you are having an upload problem? I am presuming the photos are not too large in MB.

Funny I always like 2 the best - i love the ruffled feathers and the turn in the neck (again they all suffer a bit from the zoom, lighting and crop).
As for uploads, it may be to do with increased traffic and dereased download speed on my prepaid wireless broadband, almost impossible this time of night.
It seems to freeze a lot, better if I just do one at a time.
Also there are 2 different pages that come up at different times for the upload? One showing all previous uploaded pics and another that doesn't.
might improve when I get home and change my internet access.
