Great captured Gary. I would like to know, if you don't mind, how did you focus on many PoV? Thanks Gary.

Hello, Tenny. Thanks very much.

Since small birds like these move VERY quickly, it's extremely difficult to catch them in flight by focusing on them. Instead, I focused on the feeder since I knew that was their intended target. In the case of the sparrow, I focused on the small landing perch. Notice he's not QUITE in focus? That's not due to motion blur. So, I focus on the intended target, lock in the focus, and reframe to catch the action. :) Of course, shooting on a very bright day helps, too!

Hi Gary,
BIF's can be such fun. I love the "pose" you captured in the second shot.
I have tried numerous lately and have captured some funny shots.

Thanks so much for sharing how to focus and capture the images Garry. Yes I noticed that the bird was not quite in focus due to motion blur, but his eyes were always still in focus, that's amazed me. Thanks Garry.

Gary,

These are fantastic. My favorite is #1, followed by #2. Great tip on focusing the target!
