Great captured Joseph. Great timing of capturing the goose and the duck's couples. I'm imagining the goose in that pose with its reflection.
Beautiful shot and colours of the hdr pano and the water droplet.

1. Great shot of a goose with attitude, he looks really cross, but then in my experience all geese are cross (bad childhood memory, but I won't go there!)
2. Fantastic shot of the ducks, super sharp with a few water droplets caught falling, nice bokeh.
3. Wow - where do you find these beautiful tranquil scenes - nicely worked in HDR. Great colours and reflection.
4. You are the master of water droplet photography - amazing capture!

All in all - I cannot fault your work - it is a pleasue to view them.

Hi Joseph,

What an absolutely fantastic "goose pose" you have captured in No. 1. I love it!
Your ducks in flight are brilliant - so great to manage to focus on both.
I remember No. 3, your beautiful pano, and the several others you took from different perspectives. I still love it.
And you know I envy your water droplets

Joseph, I love the movement you've caught in the goose, particularly in the wings. He looks very feathery!

Was this just good timing and luck or were you waiting and watching this one for a while? Alot of the geese around my way are a bit boring a sleepy when I've seen them!

Thank you Tenny. Appreciate the comments.

Your comments Jon, wow, thank you so much. The hdr is one I stumbled across when out early one morning. I saw the combination of a sunrise that was setting up for something nice. Driving around a few lakes I found this water utilities in a good location with trees and a lot of sky, so I waited some time for it to shape up. And it did. This image is actually a small section of a panorama created by about 12 images. The color reflection in the water I thought cool. Thanks for the comments Jon.

Hi Kaye, thanks for writing. I'm really excited to get back to more water drops sometime soon. It's just so involved that I need an entire weekend to myself to do it. And the new electronic water drop delivery system I bought a few months ago will take a very long time before I come to terms with it, but I think in time will be worth it. Fingers crossed. Thanks Kaye. :)

In the nice weather months here in MN I get out as much as I can in nature and spend many hours going to different locations and many times don't get anything. I think it's more a numbers thing where the more you go, the more opportunities you get for some reasonable images. It seems like I repeat myself a lot because the majority of shots I get are out in nature just looking around for interesting things to shoot. But it never seems to get boring really cause it just like fishing. You never know when you will be in the right place at the right time when something cool presents itself. I don't tend to stay in one place very long. I tend to pursue an image than wait for one to come to me. Not always a good thing I know. Thanks Mel.
