I had to look this one up and when I did, I was REALLY surprised. For as colorful as the male is, the females are, shall we say, much less so. :D
This little girl had what appeared to be a growth of some kind on her chest. Possible cyst or tumor.

You can get a real good look at that growth in this one.

I really like the second image Gary. Better exposed than the rest, and nicer comp. The others are a little dark. Fine sharpness. I would love to see what the first one looks like with a little more exposure and in B&W. Nice series.

Thanks! It's been rainin' and blowin' all day (for a couple of week, actually), hence the darkness. Number two I got lucky with when the wind moved the willow and gave me more light. I *rarely* do B&W :) I figure if God wanted B&W, He would have made a B&W world. Sorry. B&W is depressing for me. It has it's place, don't get me wrong. Just not with me. ;)

:) hehe nicely put.
Gary, I also love the second image. Mainly due to the lighting and hence better detail.
Were these all taken with your Olympus? as the colour tones seems different in 2. I do like the warmer colour in 2.

Thanks, Kaye. All were from the Oly. It's been rainin' and blowin' all day (for a couple of weeks, actually), hence the darkness. Number two I got lucky with when the wind moved the willow and gave me more light.
