Bambe, what a lovely portrait of your beautiful dog. By his loving eyes, I would say he would have a beautiful temperament, and guess he does everything with you.

lol thanks guys. d'Arcy has a fantastic temprament. he's very lovable, often goofy and good natured. he's incredible with children- just loves to be with them and hang out. I've accepted that part of being owned by a dog is bathing :)

Hi Bambe, that’s an excellent shot, great expression with very nice light over the eyes, nice clear and sharp.
I also like the DOF, keeping the track the way you have, not to in focus and not completely out of focus, gives the viewer the sense of where he has just come from but without being a distraction. Would you consider taking a bit off the right hand side of the shot to balance him and the path a bit more…so he is slightly more to the right of centre,
And yes good luck with the bath…I suppose that could be a whole different photo opportunity.
