Had a chance to shoot some flowers while doing a photo shoot for a friend's mother. All with the HS-20.

A giant poppy. These things are about 8-10" across!

Fantastic colour in all these Gary. I particularly love the detail, clarity and exposure in the last two.

The camera rendered the color on these spot on. They are every bit as bright "in person". :)

No filters used, Wanda. What ya see, is what ya get. :)

Thanks, everyone. It's a joy to use this camera.

I think I would love to have that HS20 Gary, you have promoted it really well. I would like to see some macro too. I searched its review, I think it's an awesome camera and very handy specially for traveling. Oh my canon would be so jealous;)
But she doesn't have to worry though, 'cause I won't buy any new camera for a while:D

Here are a few, Tenny. Since I don't have a dedicated macro lens for my DSLR, the HS-20 has become my tool of choice for macros.

Very nice shots Gary, great details. I love the reflections of the raindrops. That is definitely a must have camera. I would buy that someday. No need all those expensive and heavy equipments anymore:D
Thanks Gary:)

Both cameras have their strong points and weak points, Tenny. No camera is perfect for all things.
