Meet my Neighbours

Hi just thought I'd share a couple of photos that were taken yesterday.
These photos were taken just across the road from where I live so I have plenty of opportunities to take more of the cow but I was really hoping the calf was there as it was born on Wednesday and they don't stay with there Mum long due them being Dairy cows. The calf will be bottle fed.

Lovely shots Racheal. I like No. 1 the best. Nice "rear" view of the cows and the beautiful little calf.
A pity you could not have got the calf a bit more in the pic, but lovely shot anyway.

It appears as if you could have shot both with a lower ISO or much higher shutter speed in these, but you are probably already aware of this.

I'd love to see some shots of the calf bottle feeding, but you may not be able to get these??

Thanks Kaye for the comments the one photo I took this day that I really like was overexposed but with a bit of pp it looks really arty, i'll post it later. Kaye I will be able to get unlimited photos of calve bottle feeding because we are getting a set of twins to raise as they are to small to stay at the farm so I was offered them for the kids :) so be prepared for lots of calf photos :)
