For any of us that are getting into portraits, and or have studio lights - lets share our studios (or temporary studios) I like to get ideas of how other people set up studios. This is my living room. My backdrop is hanging on my entertainment center. This is just a quick generic set up in my house.

Wow! As you've probably surmised, Susan, portraits aren't my baliwick. It looks like quite a set-up you have there!

Sue -
This is very nice. My idea of a portrait shot is getting my grandson's to sit still for 30sec. I find that I like outdoors much better. I can take my time and compose the shot.

I like outdoors also. I on the other hand love to take photos of my kids. I also take photos of all of the employees for their business brochures, so In return they bought the printer and the lights for me! I have them I figure I might as well use them.(its a family members business)
