I do love this piece of work. Wish I knew more of editing to do a few of this. Very nice indeed, thanks. Ronel

Mark,
What a beautiful, original piece of artwork.
The old feel is so well done with the mix of faded and brighter colors; the hint of some printed lettering, along with the faint written words just adding to the story.
Wonderful creativity!!!!

Hi Ronel and thank you very much for your kind words on this one.
On the editing side of things, there are so many places on the net can help with such things, even here we have people like Pat and StephenK who are so into editing. I am sure you could pick up a few pointers from just looking at what they do in the edit my photo section. I am sure they would offer some assistance on editing techniques that they use.
Thanks Ronel

Hi Sandy and thank you for your time on commenting on this one.
I sometimes like to play around and just see where something will go, was looking for an old look painting look on this one. May expand on this sort of thing with a more traditional still life setup or actually try and replicate an old masters painting as a photo and apply this same editing to it.
Thanks Sandy

Hi Mark
I like the artistic editing on this one. to my eye it gives it a crumpled look as if the painting has been lost in the back of a cupboard for a while.

Mark, this is a great photograph. Besides the obvious beauty and composition, I especially like the background for the flower. It gives the shot such a great feel.

Your thoughts on this reflect my intention for this one, to give it an old painting look.
