Announced upgrade of Proud Photography has been completed and we now have a new Gallery inside PP forums. Note the link "Gallery" on the top navigation bar next to FAQ.
Gallery
The new Gallery is open for your albums. The list of new features has been published couple of days ago, but here it is again, updated:
Over 50MB free space as a default for registered members
High speed performance and simplicity
Batch uploads w/auto thumbs
Users can upload photos to a category or to their own gallery
Users can choose to be notified of new posts to their photos or photos to which they want to subscribe (email notification)
Private Personal Albums - Private Albums are assigned a unique URL which the person can share with friends and family for restricted access
My Favorites - Users will have the ability to "tag" images for their own "My Favorites" feature
viewing photos as a slideshow
Thumbnail display pages show details for each photo such as filesize, user name, date, number of times viewed, and number of comments

the POTM (Photo of The Month) Competition has been moved to a new Gallery and you can submit and rate photos without having to leave forums
link to POTM has been updated to reflect this change
recent photos that have already received ratings in the old gallery will be added to new ratings in the end of January '08
users that didn't provide their nicknames can do so using comments (post reply)
