I figure I do better at animals then people so my cats will probably be subject to my getting back into taking photos..
I'm innocent honest...

Nice informal shots. Nice depth of field in the first one .....

I wonder what the second one would look like cropped in on the left to just outside the ear or even to the left of moggy's right eye?
I have recently found interesting shots inside my original shot.

It looks much better cropped , just for this one I wanted the full fat look lol.

I love them all Craig, beautiful shots and beautiful cat, and I really like your DOF. (I don't even have a cat to practice on) :D

Craig, these are beautifully composed shots. I recently finished the portrait lesson and considered using my dog as my model. Then my son came over, and I shot him instead, figuratively speaking. But this is an amazing portrait of your cat.

Thank you Kaye, she is a beautiful cat. I think they are better then trying to find what toys my daughter has stored here to work with :)

Thank you Marianne, I tried using friends and family for portrait practise but they tended to break promises about doing sessions or thought it was a joke and would pull funny faces or do silly things so got put off. Hence deciding to use my cats as subjects lol.
