Hi Chamayan,
I see this is your first post so a big welcome to the site! Is sports something that you take a lot of pictures of? Are both of these yours (there is a watermark on one?)? I hadn't thought about this before but I can imagine that a lot of the 'rules' that are often applied to critiquing photo's may not apply as often to sports and you have very little ability to influence the composition.
I rarely take sports shots, but here is what I think .....
Photo 1 - Seems a little under-exposed and might benefit from lightening the shadows (particularly around #93 face) and the green could be punched up a bit (like #2 photo which appears to have been in bright sunlight). The action is frozen well but maybe should have upped the shutter speed to reduce the movement blurr around #93 torso and helmet. This was taken under stadium lighting, right?
Photo #2 - I like this one better for the composition, showing several positions in action, the lighting is good and the background is nicely blurred.
To be honest, a lot depends on what the photographer was trying to capture - one player or a defensive line.
For a first post I don't see any glaring issues that bother me. I am sure others will see more because I am still learning just like you.

Hello,
No both pictures are from me and this is my watermark. Yes I liked to do sports a lot (football and hockey)
Yes the first one was under stadium light and it is difficult for me to have the right speed and exposure ... i guess pratice, pratice, pratice is the key
Thank you for you view
