One of the great things about where I live are the public gardens. We are fortunate to have different gardens laid out by different ethic groups who have settled in Hamilton.
Last week we had a couple of fine days so decided to visit the Char Bagh Indian Garden
I also added a couple we took last summer.

#1 Traditional Wooden Russian Bell Tower
#2 Entrance Lake
# 3 to #5 Indian Char Bagh Gardens All these gardens were built with voluntary donations and labour from the ethnic groups involved.

Hi Delboy,

What beautiful gardens and what beautiful images you have captured to show us. I love them all.
Nice exposure in all these and your sharpness looks good.
Am I correct in saying that you took shot No. 3 with Mrs. Delboy in the background, and that Mrs. Delboy shot No. 4 with you in the background?
In 3 and 4, I love the contrast of the poppies and tulips?? in the foreground against the white building.... but for me No. 5 is a stunner. I love the intricate pattern on the floor and the view through the 3 patterned archways with the 'central' composition. Lovely.

Hi Delboy what a beautiful place to lose yourself with your camera. I love all your shots, but in particular #5. Fantastic composition & great exposure with the sun and shade. It looks as if you managed to avoid any blown highlights. Lovely shots.

What a beautiful place, Delboy. I'll bet you could wander around there all day with your camera and not get bored. Very nice series.

What a lovely series, Delboy. My favorite is #5 for it's beautiful composition. I like them all but after 5 I like the second shot.

Thanks Shirley, I managed to lift exposure in the Temple by using the fill light slider in ACR. You can do this at times but with care otherwise it can look washed out.

Thanks Mike, Eddie and Marianne, These are truly great gardens, my favourite is the Italian Renascence garden. These gardens are a great asset to the town and the people involved take great pride in them.

Really beautiful pics and wonderful compositions. I really like #1 & # 5. The framing and leading lines on #1 brings your eyes directly to the bridge. I really love stone bridges. They remind me of the time I lived in Spain.
