Hi Everyone,

I'm at the moment shopping around for a good external flash for my Olympus E-450. I found the Cullmann D 4500.

I would like know if anyone has one of these external flashes and to give me a review on them.

I have a cullmann tripod and I'm happy with it so I don't think their would be any hiden problems with the flashes as they
seem to be a good brand.:)

Thanks

Rob

Sorry, Rob, but I don't have any experience with the Cullmann D4500.

Rob, I'm not familiar with that model but I use a cullman flash on my canon rebel xs. http://www.adorama.com/CU34AFAC.html It was under $100, but has no bells or whistles and is pretty weak. I can control power through the camera menu though, and after adding an extension cord to it and a mini softbox it gets the job done and is pretty versatile. I'd say it's a good first external flash all in all. I looked up the stats on the d-4500 and it looks like it may work well, but I don't know enough about flashes to tell you for sure. It doesn't swivel, but you may not need it too. Good luck, and let me know how it does for you if you end up buying it.
