Just got a new D90 the other day.. so lots to learn now.

John, I have checked out both your Critters and Flora albums. You have so many beautiful shots in there. You should start some new threads in Nature & Animals / Macro etc. and show them off.

Finally got around to posting some pics in a couple of albums - creative criticism welcome ........

In reply to you next message to me, perhaps I may be a bit of a loner also, as I love flower and insect shots, especially macro. I thoroughly enjoy macro, but in time, I need to get a better camera. I am only shooting with a small Olympus FE-370 at present, but must await better financial times to purchase perhaps a Nikon D90 which I would like. But then I would need to do a course to operate it, although I have learned heaps from just being a member on Proud.

If you have the time, try to post some more.

My shot of the bottlebrush: ..... these are very common in Australia. But there are so many types of bottlebrush. Some are more pretty/colourful than this one.
These shots in my album are now fairly old as I have not got around to updating this, but if you would like to see more flower shots, please check out my sites under my signature in my posts.
