Not the best pictures I know, but i thought i might as well post my first phots on the forum. (I hope I am doing this right!)
These are from Cannock Chase (Staffordshire, England). Cannock Chase is an 'Area Of Outstanding Natural Beauty' and these pictures do it not justice.

I was practising depth of field here - the foreground in focus.

I was practising panning here - the black dot in the middle is a bird believe it or not - not a very successful attempt though.
