Sorry i was going to post my set up but didn't know if i should or not.

I use built in flash at 1/180 shutter speed and f/19 aperture. With some food dye and a hole in the lid of a coke bottle and a very small hole in the bottom with tape over it. Then i got a piece a foam cut a hole in it to fit the neck of the bottle. Set my camera up on the tripod.
You need to have a very quick drop of lots of drops for the AF to work.
