    My borrowed Hydrangea

We cannot grow these beautiful flowers where we live. But to my surprise my friend had one growing in her garden. She too has great troubles, but as she lives out of the valley and has a totally different climate to us managed to produce this lovely specimen.
Yes, I tend to roam my friend's gardens a lot to do photography. All we have - is green, greener and more green foliage in the rain forest

Brilliant shot, Ingrid. Nice and sharp. Well-composed.

    Re: My borrowed Hydrangea

One of my favorite flowers...I have 5 species of these in my gardens and hope to see all of them bloom this year. Didn't get to see any of them bloom last year due to our super late hard freeze. We had warmed up in March and everything was budding out and then April came in with a bang. Temps dropped down in the 20's and stayed there for most of 2 weeks.

I love how you incorporated this into the template. Would make a lovely greeting card. I need to remember to do this with my flower photos more often.

    Lovely shot, Ingrid!
