Those are outstanding shots. Congrats. The only way to make them better is to clone out the electric wires.
Thanks for the comment. I have cloned out the electric wires for professional prints.
I wish I could take a good lightning photo, these are amazing. Now I want to practice and we won't have lightning for months :/
What camera settings did you use to capture these Lukin?

Hi Angie
When I shot the thunderstorm I used a Nikon D200,a 17-55mm lens and a tripod. I set my exposure to bulb how ever the shutter was open between 12 seconds and 96 seconds depending on how often the lightning was striking.
The aperture was between F/4 and F/8 depending on the distance of the lightning.
The focus was changed to manual and set on infinity.
Lukin these shots are great. I tried so hard to get lightning shots over the city the last big Storm in Perth all to no avail and a very wet camera.
Congratulations on some great photos.
Well done. Nice pics.
I haven't had the chance to try any lightning shots yet.

Lukin - the first one is my favorite. Is this your "specialty". You have done a very nice job of capturing lightning.

Hi Lukin - loved the shots, spectacular.
I am getting addicted to this type of photography as well. Here's one i shot a few days ago from the Northern Tropics. The strange cloud colour was because it was sunset.
1 second shot using a tripod and then an awful lot of luck
