Kristi, I really like your first 5 shots.
With contrast shots, I would not only think colour... but think of different types of contrasts, eg Textures - rough vs. smooth, Old vs new... etc.

I never thought of contrast as other than color, I guess I had color on the brain, even though I remember that now in the lesson...)
