    Heaven on earth

or certainly heaven for little boys (and big ones too) *;D

Museum of Science and Industry Manchester UK, not the easiest place to shoot, but boy I had a great time; all images were taken with Sony DSCv3 P&S.

Andy, this really looks like an interesting place. You have really captured the bright colours very well and all three shots have magnificent clarity/sharpness. (Your little Sony must be pretty good)!

Coming from Birmingham, England (heart of the Industrial Revolution etc.) this brings back memories.

Really clean and sharp pics, I agree. The boiler cut-away is tremendous ......

Kaye, thank you; the Sony is a great camera, still can only shoot manual though, anything else would be cheating LOL

    Andy

Thanks John, it is a wonderful place and if you ever get back to visit the UK, I can highly recommend it.

    Hi Andy

These are nice clear focused shots.

The photo of the engine that looks like Stevensons Rocket is first class, The DOF is good so everything is in focus. also the large window at the back is not burnt out exposure wise Was the exhibits well lit, or did you have to use some form of fill in. Whatever it was, it has given a well balanced photos.

Excellent photo’s Andy, perhaps you would share your secrets and let us know the exif

    Regards

    Delboy.
