    This is one of my favourite photo's.. I have won a couple of comps with this photo..
    I am totally in awe of owls, even have tattoo's of them..
    Hope you like him!

    Hi, that is just a beautiful capture, the quality of your shot is tremendous…I am also a big fan of owls they are just so soft, I like the Barn Owl and the European Long Ear Owl although, they are all amazing…

    I have to agree with Mark. Stunning shot. The clarity and expression are fantastic. I can see why this has won competitions.

    Thank you so much for lovely comments Mark and Denise.. I am so critical of my own work that I love it when I get 1 shot that I actually like.. I am learning so much from this course and forum.. Hope to get more shots like this..

    Your owl is beautiful. Was is taken at a zoo? I was lucky enough to get a shot of a great horned owl in my neighborhood last spring. He was sitting in a tree only 8 or 9 feet above me! I posted it in the forum but will be happy to post it again.

    Marianne is was taken at Malcolm Douglas Wildlife Park up in Broome Western Australia.. I have a lot of shots of a BooBook owl that we had as a visitor on our property for a few days.. Will dig them out..Would LOVE to see your owl shots!!! Actually anyone who has owl shots please post.. I am seriously addicted to anything owl!!..lol
