Hi Bevan, What were the settings you used with the Serenity Falls photo. I am particularly interested in the shutter speed used. I have tried to photo many waterfalls and have not had the success you have achieved here. Congratulations it is a really great shot.

      Hey Wilturn3.

Mate its a combination of factors that need to be considered. I used a shutter speed of about 5 seconds max, depending on the flow speed of the water. Also its best to go early morning or late evening when the direct sunlight is away as it leaves patches like the top right of my picture. Also you definately need a tripod, else it will just not work at all.

Remember it can also be a tradeoff between the shuuter speed and if it is windy, cos you will want to try and keep most of the trees, branches , leaves pretty sharp. Thanks for the compliments, Im glad it has made an impression on someone :-)
