      Silly me - I didn't realize I had comments on my tree. Thank you for your kind comments.

      This is known as The Little Spirit Tree estimated to be 300-400 years old, located in Grand Portage, MN and grows out of rock overlooking Lake Superior. This tree is now protected by the Ojibwe Tribe and I am truly blessed to know someone that will act as my guide to the tree.

      I just love the angle and composition on this one Deb. How did you accomplish the blue variations for the background? I just love how the Blues vary in shades.

      Joseph - this was as shot, color straight out of the camera, sharpened just a bit. The left is the Lake Superior side, right after the sun came up. So, the blues are natural.
