TT, hope you don't mind me offering an opinion. I really like the subject and basic composition but I think there are too many distractions in the photo. As it stands, I rate this a 5 because it is basically a point and shoot. However, if you crop out the dude on the left, the walkway and the fence then the composition would be top notch. I know it's not always possible to get what we want into a photo unless we stand in a particular spot - which often introduces unwanted elements. That's where cropping comes into play. Also, the pic looks a little under exposed. You can use an editor like Photoshop Elements 7 and do a Auto Smart Fix and the colors would pop out. Give it a try. I think you'll like the results. This could be a 7 in my opinion. Keep up the great work.

Constructive opinions are always welcome that's why I am on here. I know what you mean about the dude and you are right, but I always try and get something in the foreground (not talking about the dude) I mean the rail/fence to try and make the pic a little more interesting.
